I guess the City cannot afford to pick his body up....such a shame....what a waste of a good painted person.....REST IN PEACE WHITE PAINTED PERSON MAN THINGY......come to think of it.....why is he white? Why isn't he black.....Someone should try to put themselves in painted person man and write a book. White paint like me. I think you will not smile so much when you see how just hard it is to be a white painted person thingy....
