Very interesting composition. The face seems to be part of the wall, watching the people passing by. the perspective and the way you crop the image makes it even more surreal.

The face on the wall reminds me of similar elements I've seen in Salvador Dalì's works.
A picture says a thousand words this feels like a shout to me.
